Crafted from thick-gauge sterling silver, 14K gold-filled material & two gemmy green Vesuvianite stones, this textured cuff bracelet serves as both a work of art & a jewelry piece.
The bracelet measures 6 inches long, and can be slightly adjusted depending on one’s preference for a tighter or more loose fit.
Vesuvianite was first discovered within included blocks or adjacent to lavas on Mount Vesuvius, hence its name. Attractive-looking crystals are sometimes cut as gemstones. Localities which have yielded fine crystallized specimens include Mount Vesuvius and the Ala Valley near Turin, Piedmont.
The 14K gold-filled accents of this cuff are inspired by the elf cup fungi, and is a design feature prevalent in much of my work.
